@Weswife: Sorry... forgot to respond to this. For me, I had been diagnosed with a diminished ovarian reserve right before the first miscarriage in June and the RE I saw made it sound like I was going to need some help getting pregnant. I knew I wasn't going to be able to do much treatment wise until I switched insurance at the beginning of the year so my plan was to spend the remainder of the year getting myself as healthy as possible so that I'd be ready to start fertility treatment as soon as possible after the new insurance kicked in. I focused on finding an RE that I liked, doing acupuncture, clean eating, exercising regularly, and just trying to find some happiness in my life after I'd spent the better part of the year obsessed with TTC. I felt much better once I knew I had a plan in case it didn't work out on its own. I did get pregnant again in November but it was a blighted ovum so I had a D&C right around Christmas. For some reason my body bounced back much better after the D&C and I got pregnant again the next cycle.

I know my situation is a little different because I had some known issues but for me coming up with a plan really helped me move forward. I also had a really great acupuncturist who kind of moonlighted as a therapist. It was a really great outlet for me to go to acupuncture and talk to her. There were lots of tears shed in those meetings but I felt like I was doing something to improve my situation and eventually my cycle normalized.

@Weswife: I've been on a long journey. We started trying in June of 2013 for our first. We got pregnant in Nov. 2013 (lost at 6 weeks) and in May of 2015 (lost at 12 weeks). It's hard (Really hard) sometimes. But sometimes it's ok. Time helps and gives perspective, and all you can do is be kind to yourself as you ride the highs and the lows. I know how it feels to desperately want to be a mother, and how it seems like everyone else is moving forward while you are stuck standing still. I believe we will be moms someday. ❤️

(We had a daughter before that, but she had her own fertility journey, no losses there, just lots of heartache!)

We lost our first baby in August of 2015. Got pregnant again (with more IVF) in October - and then lost that baby too. We then got pregnant a full year later.. and yep, lost that one too.

It took 2+ years total, but 18 months from Loss #1 to get pregnant with a sticky baby, we hope. I'm 17 weeks now. That wait was excruciating. Loss makes it all that much harder.

Having been where you are now, just do what you need to do - some days you'll be ok, some days you'll feel like your whole world is caving in. Be kind to yourself & I hope it happens for you soon.

@Weswife: I am so sorry...all I can say is do whatever it takes to get through this moment.
I had a bit of a nervous breakdown last week, (I've had some other medical stuff going on as well) and I think I just needed to lose my shit for a moment before I could feel better.

@Weswife: I'm so sorry. For both my major miscarriages, I got pregnant on the very first try. And after both, my cycles got wonky and it took a little while to get pregnant again but eventually I did. Really hope it works out for you soon. I know it sucks to wait.

@Weswife: I'm sorry you had a negative test. I had two miscarriages in the last year and after the first, my cycle was completely messed up. I had a short luteal phase, terrible headaches, and didn't get pregnant again for several more months. I tried to focus my efforts on eating well, exercising, and otherwise just taking care of me (doing acupuncture, yoga, etc.). Just wanted to let you know that sometimes miscarriages can mess you up for a bit. I eventually got back to normal and got pregnant again but it certainly wasn't on the timeline that I wanted...

I bought a ton of tests from the dollar tree since I was addicted to peeing on a stick, so even though I knew I wouldn't get a positive 2 days after having sex it still made me feel better!!! Lol
Only wasted like $14 worth of tests during the TWW, versus expensive FRER's!

Ok so just curious if anyone has some good ideas? This is my third TWW after my miscarriage and good grief. Any feeling that I think is different or anything that I feel could be a sign I like dwell on. HOW DO I STOP!!!!?? :bummed: I try my best and I don't want to think about it but somehow it just kinda sneaks up on me... any pointers? I am not tracking anything like I did last month, but I still seem to pay attention to my body when I don't want to... grr I am on progesterone and so I was given a day to take my HPT, therefore I don't have to worry about that, but how to I just let it go? thoughts?
