I would have to see the actual journal article to get concerned about it or not. </p> <p>That said, I'm still taking my Tylenol when I need it, all things in moderation when possible. My basic thought is: Ugh. Why does everything have to be so wishy washy. I wish there were a better way to figure out what was actually safe and what wasn't safe without all the guesswork and "maybes." </p>
