@oliviaoblivia: @wheres_c: Thanks!

@Ash: I hate the new 10 mg/kg dosing ;) I feel like if you are only giving it a couple of times in 24 hours then you have no risk of exceeding the max dose and 15 mg/kg is just fine. If you are going to give it every 4 hrs around the clock, then I go with 10 :) (But I definitely appreciate that others have a more conservative approach).

My DS is 19 lbs and almost 5 months. Pediatrician said 2.5 ml of baby Tylenol every 4-6 hours.

@wheres_c: 15mg/kg would be 0.68ml... but at the hospital where I work, we dose 10mg/kg. :) a general dose uses the range of 10-15mg/kg. So you can actually do a smaller dose if you want.

You dose 15 mg/kg. 16 lbs is 7.2 kg. 7.2 x 15= 109 mg. Probably best to round to 100 mg. Are you using infant tylenol or childrens? You can figure out the mg/ml and then figure out the dose.

Baby is screaming in pain from teething. We've never given him Tylenol before and our pediatrician is closed.
I found this dosing chart.
http://assets.babycenter.com/ims/Content/acetaminophen_dosage_chart.pdf
Can anyone confirm if this is accurate?
He's 16lbs/5mo.
Help!
