&#60;p&#62;Did it spasm as you were doing something? I find that i need to engage my core/abs when i am lifting or moving items, and that seems to help. &#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;This is the fourth time since giving birth in June that my back has spasmed and gone out.  I feel bad because I took off of work last Tuesday for a funeral so I'm missing the same classes today.  Any advice on spasming backs?  I need to find the exercise packet the chiropractor gave me.
