The only thing different is there is no cover on the foam, so getting the cover on after wash is a bit cumbersome but not a big deal. We also purchased some stockings and they were horrible. The quality looked like they were faded, frayed and they placed a plaid patch over the embroidered name. Lastly, I had to hound them via FB for my order.
