You should avoid having sex (without additional protection) once you start to see it change from sticky to any of the above. That said, I'm not a fan of relying solely on cm to determine your cycle. I'm using the fertility app Ovia this month, and based on CM observations, my fertility window was supposed to start tomorrow. Or rather, this *was* the case, until I entered my information from yesterday (stretchy, egg-white, some pink spotting), and then it said my fertility window started last Friday?! </p> <p>Does this sound right?? If so, I may officially be in the TWW... :meh: </p>
