Our older child is 3.5 and our baby just turned 1. We got an UppaBaby G-Lite because we are brand snobs (as in, we only love UppaBaby). We absolutely love it. The only big problem is that there's nowhere for our son to sit or stand if we're out and about, and he often asks to ride as well. So it really only works when we're only with one kid. We mainly use it for our nanny when she's alone with the baby during the day. I bought a used Maclaren Volo (got it for $30). </p> <p>It works great, maneuvers well and fits her perfectly. I like how upright she is in it and that it has a sunshade, plus a basket underneath. I wouldn't spend $150 on an umbrella stroller but a used one worked great for us. </p> <p>I should note, I have no interest in ever laying the stroller back down for naps.
