If I nurse without breast pads, that one will be soaking my bra. Whereas if I nurse from that one, the left one might not leak at all. Also, if we go for a long time without feeding, the left will be engorged, and the right won't be, but I will have a letdown. I would pump twice as much out on my right. My LO eventually refused to nurse on my left side so we nursed exclusively on the right side the last two months of our nursing relationship. I've noticed that my right breast produces an ounce or more LESS than my left. This explains why he would get mad sometimes on that side!</p> <p>Is there anything I can do??? Just now I pumped almost 3 from the left, and only 1 ounce on the right. </p>
