Not their infant seats though - are you skipping right to a convertible car seat? Then you could get an umbrella stroller like the first years ignite (which we got for around $60) for light errands and plane flights, then eventually the jogging stroller, which will not be cheap. If you want something you can put their infant car seat into, you could just get a Snap-N-Go. Or if you haven't picked out an infant carseat yet, you could get a travel system.
