We are a global company, but due to the extensive travel he does, most would recognize him. But think about the companies they feature. Most of these people wouldnt have interactions with the CEO on a frequent basis, especially if the CEO isnt consistently traveling to all sites. Even if they did recognize him they would still have no problem sharing their complaints and "ripping him a new one".
