We washed them on hot and they shrank. Wash the character panties by themselves the first time or two, though. The best fitting ones we have right now are some cheap 2T Minnie Mouse ones from Target (they shrink when you wash them). I also bought her some boys Minions briefs that fit even more snugly, but are less soft.
