They did urinalysis in case the back pain was coming from a kidney infection but everything came back clear. They also took my temp (I was running a slight fever) and they weighed me. They were pretty sure that what I was feeling was just going to be a normal part of pregnancy for me, but decided to send me for an ultrasound anyway. Everything was fine with me and with baby and they told me to just rest and push lots of fluids in case the aches and fever were a sign of some sort of other infection, but everything cleared itself up within a couple of days. Since you're not experiencing any cramping or spotting I doubt they will do an u/s. Probably just urinalysis and discuss your symptoms with you.</p> <p>ETA: I was too early to hear a heartbeat at that point.
