I call my husband "Fishy" or some variation thereof (his name is Christopher, so I rather like "Fishtopher") most of the time, so clearly weird nicknames are something kids will have to get used to pretty quickly. (For those who are familiar with the gay fish joke from South Park, the fish nickname came from that. Only he doesn't like fish sticks so he's not a gay fish, just a fish.
