Has anyone taken Unisom as a sleep aid during the 3rd trimester? Did it leave you groggy in the morning?

I am not having trouble falling asleep, but 2 hours later I wake up and can not go back to sleep for at least an hour. Last night I fell asleep at 9:30, woke up at 11:30 and was awake until almost 1:30. I guess my body is trying to prepare me for when this baby gets here, but I am tired!
