@BakersWife: @MrsKoala: @sapphire: @Mamasig: ! @Mrs D: thank you for your input! I just took 1/2 tab of Unisom with 50 mg of B6 around 12pm. Definitely made me drowsy and I ended up napping but it curbed the nausea, so maybe I'll try this again tmrw and hopefully ill get less sleepy as it goes on.

This sucks :(

@Mrs D: and I'm so sorry to hear you are still sick at 23.5 weeks!!! You poor thing :(

My dr said I could take up to 150 mg of b6. I took 50 mg in the morning, 50 mg at lunch and 50mg with half a unisom tablet (the blue one) at night. That didn't stop everything for me, but it made it much, much more manageable. Good luck!

It's hard to overdo it on the B6 but you're probably taking enough. I'd try taking another 1/2 tab of Unisom in the morning. You can take it three times per day. Works best if you take the b6 and Unisom together.

Just Unisom at night didn't work well for me. I tried taking one in the morning but it made me too groggy. Diclegis has worked best for me. I think it's the same ingredients? But it doesn't make me sleepy and it really helps.

I'm at 7 weeks and the nausea is killing me. Currently I'm taking 50 mg of vitamin b-6 three times daily, and then 1 tablet (25 mg) of Unisom at night.

Problem is, I feel ok until about 11am and then it hits me all over again :( I'm thinking it's the Unisom that really helps?? Has anyone tried taking additional Unisom during the day? What was the total dosage of vitamin b6 and Unisom that worked for you?
