@Mrs.Bee: Thanks for the info. I'll try 1/4 cause the 1/2 tab seriously knocked me out. Maybe it's cause I don't take medicine that often so whenever I do, it works extra on me. Glad to hear that you only had to take it once a day (at night). I'll try that first and hopefully it'll work for me too!

i took it at night just before bed, but it still helped minimize my nausea in the daytime.

My midwife said 20mg of B6 and 1/2 a unisom. I take one half at bedtime and typically take another around 3 or 4 pm, it makes me a little tired but I'm through the bulk of my day by that point and it helps with the evening sickness.

I took 50mg of vitamin b6 and 1/2 a tab of unisom. If 1/2 a tab is too much, try 1/4!

I remember reading Mrs. Bee's post on nausea remedies and she mentioned how the unisom/b6 combo really helped her. I tried taking it last night and it KNOCKED me out! I'm so scared to take it during the day because I might just fall asleep at work.

For those of you ladies who took unisom/b6 for morning sickness, what was the dosage that you took? Did you take it once at night and also during the day?
