So I clearly didn't change insurance over this.</p> <p>On a different note, I am an onc NP and United is my least favorite insurance company. We also had flex spending account funds that would have covered it as well. After logging in, I found information listed by clicking "Look up my benefits" and then "special services"\</p> <p>I do know that it's still possible to not fully meet ACA if an employer picked a plan at the very last minute before the mandate passed (my employer did this, and BCP are still not covered and it's legal). So there is a possibility. If it's a grandfathered plan they are not required to abide by the rules of ACA. Her choices are to change plans or to pay for the breast pump.
