We've also used just about EVERYTHING they make that's baby related - wipes, medicine, baby lotion, baby wash, diaper creams, puffs, baby food pouches, yogurt melts - and they are by far our favorite generic for all that stuff. You can also print coupons on the Target website and they'll honor that in addition to the Cartwheel. When I was pregnant with DS1, I loaded up on wipes and and baby wash and baby lotion, often getting the bottles for $1 each or less. It also smells better and I think it tastes better to DD.
