<description>&#60;p&#62;I didn't use that particular brand, but I don't think brand really matters.  I've read that the LH is typically first released in the body in the morning, so afternoon will give you the earliest positive opk.  However, most surges can be detected for 24-ish hours, so you should be able to get a positive first thing the next morning too.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I typically took mine in the afternoon/evening.
