I didn't mind it at all. Easy insertion and you forget it's there. I didn't have periods with it either. </p> <p>I am probably going the IUD route again but this is my last baby so it's merely because I'm too scared to do the tubal or Essure and I'd prefer not having periods again which I won't deal with while using the IUD.<br /> I loved when I had it in but it was difficult to regulate my cycles when we took it out to TTC. From what I picked up on web forums (usually you'll see them discussed on Catholic forums) they are pretty strict and usually you have to take an actual class or work one on one with a leader couple, but they are just as or more effective than sympto-thermal method (like the one in TCOYF). I never wanted to get that involved in my CM, personally, but if you are really dissatisfied with your other options could be worth looking into. </p> <p>I agree with the original complaint-- I'm not thrilled about any of the options. I didn't notice a any change in supply with the mini pill, so I will likely do that or have get the Mirena (which is the same hormone and similar dose as the mini pill).
