Although my LO is older (she is 11 months), we switched at right around 10 months. She is on the smaller side, right around 18 pounds (now). D has never exactly been a fan of his infant seat, but lately it's become a true test of wills getting him into it - he screams bloody murder. So I am thinking maybe we just go ahead and install the Foonf and start using that (and get another convertible for Hubs's car). Do you think it's too early? FWIW, specs for the Foonf are minimum 25" and 14lb; D was 25.5" and 16.25lb at his 6-month appointment. He'll be 7-months old in a week.
