My husband is not convinced we need one, but given how frequently we use our stroller, I would like to keep the Vista in the garage for our daily neighborhood jaunts, but maybe keep a lighter weight stroller in the trunk of the car for excursions. It's a great light weight stroller. I wasn't able to see the g-lite in store but compared it to a similar maclaren's model and preferred the perks of the g-luxe.
