Only thing i didn't like was they required a copy of my receipt to verify I purchased the stroller. Usually, I toss receipts but for some reason I kept this one. Lucky me. Otherwise, not sure what would have happened if I didn't. A small clip on my daughter's Tricycoo snagged on her clothing and snapped after just a few weeks of owning the bike. Any other companies you love? </p>
