<description>&#60;p&#62;We just had a really nice experience with OXO... we have the OXO Sprout high chair and it started to &#34;chip&#34; in a few awkward places (not from the vacuum scratching it, for example) and they are sending us a new one as we speak.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Also, Medela is amazing :)  After troubleshooting my pump on the phone to no resolve, they shipped me a brand new one :)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Good customer service goes a looooong way in my book!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I have the City Select, and had the same wheels shaking problem!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I emailed them and had to submit quite a bit of documentation, but they mailed me replacement wheels pretty quickly once I gathered all the info. Only thing i didn't like was they required a copy of my receipt to verify I purchased the stroller. Usually, I toss receipts but for some reason I kept this one. Lucky me. Otherwise, not sure what would have happened if I didn't. Would they not send me a replacement??

<description>&#60;p&#62;Joovy has fantastic customer service. A small clip on my daughter's Tricycoo snagged on her clothing and snapped after just a few weeks of owning the bike.  When I called customer service to see if I could buy a replacement piece, they sent me several of them...to Hong Kong, even though I'd purchased the item in the US and brought it here myself...express shipped at no charge.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I know uppababy products are pricey but their customer service is so worth it! we have a vista and after a few months the wheels were shaking. they sent me new wheels two days later. a few months later the problem came back. they sent me new wheels and a frame! we have the g-luxe and the latch fell off, one email later, and they are sending me a whole new stroller.&#60;br /&#62;
It really makes spending lots of money on baby products feel very worth it. Any other companies you love?
