Let us know how it goes! Sometimes the wheels sort of get stuck on the basket when I'm folding it, but it's when the wheels aren't straight so they get caught on the basket. It sounds like yours is a bigger issue if you have to take the basket off. I'd be super annoyed too. Is it still under warranty?</p> <p>If all else fails, you could always tell them the brake is being funny? I realized that he puts it in the car upside down to what I do and the lock gets bumped. Now he does it my way and we have no issues. I haven't had any trouble with the basket at all. DH never has the basket issue getting caught up...he just shakes it and it kinda pops loose, but I've had it happen quite a few times.</p> <p>As for the wheel lock....happens all. the. time. It's strange, the front part of my basket gets folded and jammed between the front wheels and has to be popped out in order to unfold it. It's not so bad for me because I know what to do but it's a pain to describe the situation to others who take DD and use the stroller!</p> <p>@Madison43: does your front wheel still lock? Any tips for fixing it? It probably happens about 70% of the time I use it.</p> <p>@QBbride: I sent an email again this morning so hopefully they get back to me. It has barely been used because we had a rough winter so I only used it on the indoor track and to do groceries. Now that it's nicer out we've started to do some light walking.</p> <p>I'm having 2 problems with it and wondering if they are normal issues.</p> <p>1. - about 75% of the time, the basket gets stuck on the front wheels. It folds fine , but I need to pop the basket out to unfold. I'm confident I'm folding/unfolding properly and it doesn't seem to matter what I do - the basket still gets stuck. It's a pain.</p> <p>2. Even more annoying, the front wheel lock often gets turned on without me turning it on. I only notice it when I'm strolling and it's difficult to turn. </p> <p>I heard such great things about their customer service but I have to deal with their Canadian Distributor and it is TERRIBLE.</p> <p>I sent an email describing my issues and a rep wrote back with a generic email including a 10 minute YouTube video for me to watch that describes the features of the UBV but mentions nothing about my specific problem. Um, thanks?</p> <p>I wrote back saying that was no help at all. She then asked for more information (proof of purchase, etc). I promptly sent it all to her ... 16 days ago.... And haven't heard anything back.</p> <p>I'm thinking of calling tomorrow, but second guessing if my problems are really problems or maybe they are just normal and happen to everyone?
