One charged me $10/HR and one changed $12/HR. We're hiring a babysitter for a wedding in the area, and I had originally intended to offer the same rate we'd pay in NYC, but after seeing some listings on sites like Care.com, I'm wondering if what we'd usually pay ($20/hr for 2 kids) is too much for the going rate in the area.</p> <p>Thanks for any insight! </p>
