Although pricey, the Roosevelt is extremely nice. Even if you don't stay there, they have a really good casual restaurant and of course, the Sazerac bar. But I'm biased, since that's where I live! March should be good weather, but could be a blizzard as well. So much to do! Living here, we go to Arizona in the spring, which is a must if you like baseball or want to go swimming. I've traveled to that area quite a bit for work, and that time of year seems to just be very gray. It generally hasn't been pouring or anything. It just always seems to be drizzling and chilly. I'm sure PNWer's would disagree. This is based on my experience, so take it with a grain of salt. </p> <p>My husband and I are struggling with the same issue. We're going somewhere in April, but weather is a crap shoot in many places that time of year.
