If you don't need it...definitely just dump it. 6 months is more of a deep freezer time. That being said, I was recently using milk from March and lo was fine with it. I have frozen milk from February (dated 2/5-2/24)... stored in the back of a regular freezer. Would you use it or dump it? LO was two months when I pumped it {so 8 months now} in case that makes a difference. </p>
