The problem with large lots is having all the money at once to buy them with. The reason I'm buying used and in small groups is to spread out the cost of the diapers and a big group won't do that for me.</p> <p>I also have to see the diaper before I purchase them. I like to make sure the elastic and snaps are good and they are in good condition. Our newborn ones were a combo of pink and neutral, so I sold the pinks ones together and the neutral ones together (I think 4 and 8 diapers). I went with gDiapers &amp; bought the newborn &amp; smalls from Zulily, then a few more smalls and the mediums from 3 different mamas on Offer Up. I just recently got a set of larges from eBay. Overall, it worked well for me to buy as LO grew, because of limited funds &amp; being able to ensure we were going to stick with the system as we went. At least half of what I've bought from others were brand new.
