You would have to take a bath in it to have any sort of effect, so the amount you rub on your body is likely doing nothing. Today is CD28 and I have not started AF yet, not even any symptoms.</p> <p>I used natural progesterone cream (Emerita) this cycle, but last time I applied it was CD26 at night before bed. I did not apply it yesterday because I was told to stop using it the day I am to start AF.</p> <p>My question is... is it possible that the use of the cream this cycle has delayed AF? Has anyone else experienced this before? </p>
