@charlotte: yes I would think that would be fine - I EPed and regularly took milk from the fridge to put in a cooler bag and feed to baby several hours later (when we were traveling, out and about, etc)

Thanks! So as an example I could pump at 9a on a Monday, refrigerate until Tues night, move to a cooler bag at 9p Tues night and feed Tues night at 1145p?

(The brain is so not working right now despite the iced coffee beside me ) just want to make extra sure I'm not hurting her )

Fresh milk in fridge for 3-8 days. Fresh milk In cooler bag for up to 24 hours. Assuming a healthy full term baby, of course.

My personal comfort level is max 5 days in fridge.

If it's in a cooler cold enough then it's the same as being refrigerated? People's comfort level varies from 3 days up to 5-7 days.

I think this is a lack of sleep preventing me from understanding but... can you take refrigerated never frozen pumped milk and keep it in a cooler bag and for how long? I saw you can use the bag for 24 hrs with freshly pumped milk but what about refrigerated??

(like if on the go and don't have freshly pumped available or if I were away and my husband wanted a cooler bag upstairs with two bottles ready to be warmed and fed overnight?)
