Like T.H.O.U. mentioned, some banks let you do bill pay through their website, and they'll send a check on your behalf. Now, if you pay your water bill via phone OR online, you have to pay a $2 convenience fee. The only way not to pay a fee is to pay by CHECK. </p> <p>Seriously? It's 2013!</p> <p>ETA I realize it's probably because of the fee they have to pay to accept credit cards but still, it's so annoying. </p>
