What are you getting him/her this year?</p> <p>DH loves Valentine's Day while I only tolerate it. So every year I impose some small spending limit of $35-$45 and stick to it. And every year he agrees to the spending limit and then goes out and gets us tickets to the theater or ballet which are clearly well in excess of the spending limit. It's become sort of a running joke. But in all honestly now I kind of look forward to V-day because I know at least we'll be getting a nice date out of it. </p>
