The harassment in Jamaica is non-stop, especially if you leave the hotel property. I was even propositioned by some dude on the beach. 1) I'm on vacay with my boyfriend, so no, I don't want to have sex with you, and 2) If I did, I certainly would not be paying *you* for it. Constant harassment for hair braiding, buying crap and buying drugs.</p> <p>Also, the beaches there are all privately owned and patrolled by armed hotel guards and most of the locals can't even afford to go to the beaches in their own country. You just don't really get to relax while on parenting duty. That being said, if you are breastfeeding, I'd probably take the baby. I was going to recommend Jamaica over Mexico for sure! We went to Jamaica on our honeymoon, and then Mexico for a friend's wedding, and I thought Jamaica was soooo much nicer! Both resorts we stayed at were 4-5 star places, but the service we received in Jamaica was SOOO much better. I thought there was a lot more to do off the resort in Jamaica, than in Mexico too. Dont know what your BF situation is but i feel like packing the pump is easier than trying to anticipate all the things you might need to bring for baby. I'm also a bit of an over packer and a home body, most times at all inclusives by day 4 i'm ready to head home. Jamaica was a lot more flying for us (from the midwest) and a super long drive to the hotel (2+ hours...) and the guys harass the shit out of you about pot. Even when you say no. NO I DO NOT WANT YOUR GODDAMNED POT (Dh and I could lose our clearances+jobs over it and I don't like saying no 100 times). And in the mornings, i would go for a run on the beach and the guys would harass me for hugs and I felt totally creeped out (ew). They hollered at you from your hotel room (so we could never go out on the balcony) and floated around in the water on jet skis to sell you drugs and souvenirs (so going in the ocean was a nightmare). I've never had this issue at any all inclusive in mexico (highly recommend Playa Mujeres Excellence). I was really disappointed with our Jamaica trip We were at a Riu in Jamaica.</p> <p>4 days is not that long! i've had business trips that long, LOL.
