We liked the doctors, and we did get our take home baby from our first round of IVF, but the office staff has been incredibly frustrating to work with (even 2 years later!). I have two boys from two successful IUI/injectible procedures. I really liked my RE. But I also really liked the staff - which is who you end up interacting with the most. I know that some may feel like the larger practices are less personal - and I do feel like at Shady Grove you really need to be your own advocate. But overall, I really had a good experience with them. And would highly recommend them. If you're considering IVF, their shared risk guarantee program takes a ton of stress out of the equation, financially. Appts are quick to get for consultations, procedures and monitoring and they have multiple locations for convenience.
