On my side of the family, we always go out to a nice hotel to have Thanksgiving dinner for lunch then have Asian food for dinner. This year, all the kids are cooking Thanksgiving dinner/lunch, but we're still going out for Chinese food for dinner - ha!

On the hubby's side, the buy Thanksgiving dinner from somewhere and MIL cooks fried rice, some noodle dish, and egg rolls to supplement.

This year it is very traditional, but in upcoming years I'd love to incorporate more Ecuadorean dishes or flavors, since that is where my husband is from.

We're having (and always have) a relatively traditional Thanksgiving meal - turkey breast, brown gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, cranberry sauce, sweet rolls, and roasted parmesan broccolini. We are skipping pumpkin pie, and doing a festive upside down cake, instead.

My family/extended family is a lil diverse (caucasian, korean, african american) so we always have traditional tgiving food, southern soul food, and korean bbq and side dishes!

my mouth is watering thinking about it all!

What kind of food do you eat on Thanksgiving?
