Here are some of my recommendations:</p> <p>Portofino - Italian food. I've never been but I've heard raves, it's on my list for our upcoming trip.<br /> Bartolotta - expensive, but they fly in their seafood fresh from the Mediterannean daily. Incredibly pastas. See if you can get one of the poolside cabanas for a very romantic experience.<br /> Rose Rabbit Lie - very cool atmosphere. The food was good (one thing was great, one thing was meh, everything else was good) but the vibe is amazing. (Ceviche Nobu Taco, Black Cod Miso, Shishito Peppers - all musts!)</p> <p>AND - Delmonico's - it is a steak house and I did have steak there but two of the other wives I was with had fish and RAVED about it.
