We did New Years Eve there, and it was nice to get off the craziness of the strip and watch the fireworks and everything from above. </p> <p>Restaurant: We are big Iron Chef fans, so we always try to collect Iron Chef restaurants. Bobby Flay's is great for southwestern- we go every single time, Mario Batali has great (and pricey) Italian food. </p> <p>Show:Beatles Love- best show EVER- it made me feel so happy. We went in 2011, and we stayed at the Rio. I wasn't a huge fan of the hotel, and it was suuuuch a pain to be off the strip. We had to take shuttles back and forth. </p> <p>Definitely take a bus downtown and go to the Fremont Street Experience! I've pretty much never have had a bad meal in Vegas. Anything on Yelp, Zagat, etc. is a great place to eat, seriously.</p> <p>Show: Zumanity! Or any of the Cirque shows.</p> <p>Casino: to be honest, they're all the same-- if you find a $5 table, NEVER LEAVE. The minimums go up but you're grandfathered in.
