There were a lot more issues going on with him than just this and I'm honestly surprised he hasn't been fired yet. I think and hope it will happen though.</p> <p>It is a huge request and I feel guilty about not wanting to do it because I am home a lot. I'm going to say I can't do it more than 2x a week. And then cut it back as baby gets older and can do daycare to just times when they really need help. The daddy is working full time too so hopefully he doesn't work as many hours but I honestly have no idea. I'm moving in the spring/summer so I'll only be here for a few more months so it can't go on for too long. My husband works in the same building as her so she asked him if I could watch her sometimes, especially at first since daycares dont take babies until theyre 8 weeks around here. He's an Ahole x 100. When he found out I was pregnant he made life very difficult and I ended up saying screw it, I've got money I don't need to put up with this tool. </p> <p>Well along comes my replacement and guess who gets pregnant after a few months. She hides it for a bit and then tells him. He ends up doing the same thing to her but she doesn't leave because of Visa issues so he ends up firing her. I make it clear I'm willing to testify for her if she takes him to court and he ends up hiring her back and she takes it since there are visa issues and hiring pregnant people in my field doesn't usually happen. </p> <p>So now she's about to have the baby and has to go back after a few weeks and I've gotten suckered into watching the newborn for free because old boss is such a tool. It won't be all the time but I also work part time from home and teach, I just feel like , which is good because it's a 70-80 workweek but this toolbag keeps negatively affecting my life. I love babies but everytime I see that woman and how stressed out she's going to be and how she has to leave her baby so early I'm going to feel like crying. And it sucks she has to be in that position. </p>
