I've had it since last year - I find the service to be fantastic! I've can count calls I've dropped on one hand.</p> <p>The only issues I have are with the phone itself, not the carrier. keyboard annoys the heck outta me, constantly typo-ing and then it remembers the wrong words and autocorrects to a misspelled word. sigh.</p> <p>ETA - it is true that you can't access internet while on a phone call (at least, on my phone, anyway..maybe the new one will allow that?) but I can honestly say I have really never had to do that.
