<description>&#60;p&#62;It shows that the app is using your location. It'll show the little location arrow in the top corner by the battery until the app closes out and isn't using your location anymore. Some apps use your location in the background unless you double tap your home button and slide the app closed.

<description>&#60;p&#62;For the past week or so when I close out of an app the top bar (where the signal, battery and time are) turns blue for half a second.  It's too fast to take a picture.  I can't figure out what it means, when I google it everything is about the blue screen of death, that's not what this is.&#60;/p&#62;
