@Synchronicity: those are beautiful!!!

My brother used to have a sunrise alarm clock. It could be set up as a night light at whatever brightness you want, and as an alarm clock (would slowly get brighter like an actual sunrise). I think it was made by BioBrite or Daavlin.... not sure, but there are a lot of models on the market now and they all look pretty awesome.

I also have what @MACSUNSHINE linked. I like that it dims real low- DD sleeps with it on the lowest setting, but if i need to go in, i can slowly turn it brighter- but not too bright.

We have a sunrise alarm clock that we moved into both our boys' rooms when they were babies to use as a very dim light for nursing and diaper changes. It might be good - you could use it as a lamp for storytime and then turn it down to the lowest setting for sleeping.

We have these in several places in our house and it is a very dim light: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002HEQCAO?tag=amz-mkt-chr-us-20&ascsubtag=1ba00-01000-a0027-win70-other-nomod-us000-pcomp&ref=bit_pcomp_ask_simstreat_c_sav0

We are using a Himalayan salt lamp with a dimmer for diaper changes. Nice soft (adjustable) light.

We use this in my son's room, not a traditional night light:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N1S7B60/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

We have had it for a few months now and are very happy with it. I originally got it to use to read at night with him but now it mainly since on shelves in his room as a night light. It dims fairly low, I still put it behind blocks on his shelf so that it is a little more dim.

We just moved to a new apartment, and my DD's room does not have any windows. Any recommendations for a very dim nightlight?

She is 11 months old, and I do not want her to learn to sleep only in complete darkness. I just want something that will emanate light like a window would, and so that I can sneak in and see her while sleeping.

Any recommendations?
