We only put it on the soles of his feet with socks. We also got the warm mist thermometer from vicks and use the drop in pads. We use it with socks and footed pajamas. When they're sick, I rub it on their chests, then sit with them in a steamy shower room for about 15 minutes. Once they're all steamed-up, I use the saline drops, snotsuck, and then give them some Tylenol or Ibuprofen. We then do bottles (I like to do bottle right afterward so they can breathe easier), then snuggles. I'm surprised they don't have it! It should be in the baby section where they sell baby shampoo/creams.</p> <p>We use it on her when she's coughing/congested, and i do the vicks + socks bit too. I think it helps sometimes, especially if combined with a humidifier. </p>
