We've been doing the bathroom trick, and it has helped tremendously. I got some of the Vicks baby rub and hopefully we won't need to use the vaporizer. It really does help, its basically just steam if you dont put in the flavor stick. Otherwise, I would just use the humidifier w/o the medicine and that seemed to help her feel better. You can also steam up the bathroom and have your LO in there for 10-15 minutes.
