Not in the baby care aisle (because that would actually make sense), but in the allergy/children's medicine area. It was on a bottom shelf. That's where I found all the ped stuff. If you can't find it, ask for it. It was next to the baby Vicks. I got this instead of that because it was all natural, but I did get the baby Vicks vaporizer plug ins. I use Maty's baby vapor rub which is menthol and petroleum free on her feet in footed sleepers. It works miracles for her. I definitely notice a difference the few times I've forgotten when she has a cough. </p> <p>I also run a cool mist humidifier with a few drops of eucalyptus oil. We shower in a steamy bathroom with a few drops of the oil in a bowl as well. There's been a couple times where he still woke up in the middle of the night but we re-applied and it kept him sleeping until the morning. Remember though: it'll help congestion but it won't work miracles for all symptoms.
