I have returned a couple that have ripped and their customer service has been impressive. If so, thats why your wire is coming out. My trick is to wash them in the shower with me. I just hang them over the showerhead to dry. Quick, easy and gentle on the bras.</p> <p>I worked there for 4 years. They will replace a bra, no questions, within 6 months for a manufacturing defect. After that, you pray to talk to someone sympathetic but they dont have to return it. Their return policy is no where near as lax as it used to be. The other day I put one on, and a wire is starting to poke out and a strap is ripping. I emailed and they told me to go to the store for an exchange. Not only did they reply to my email within an hour, they so exchanged my bra without batting an eyelash. </p> <p>Did you know VS had such good customer service? </p>
