We used our camcorder a lot for our first DD, but not so much for our second... I don't think a smartphone can replace the videos. It's better quality, and I know it'll make me happy to watch in the future. And it made me think. Is investing in a camcorder to record special events in our lives with our LO still suggested? Do you all find yourself using a camcorder? or just reaching for your smart phone instead?</p> <p>It seems like it would just be one more thing to buy, to figure out how to use (a big one for me!), and to remember to pack whenever I leave the house.</p> <p>But having no experience with milestone events as a mom yet, I certainly don't want to discount the pros of having a camcorder do the recording. I imagine it might be better quality or have more options than my iphone? </p> <p>How do you record your LO's special moments? Do you think getting a camcorder is still a good idea? </p>
