We had a good experience carseat was in great shape and clean delivered to the hotel, and pretty reasonably priced helped save us the hassle of finding a cab with a carseat plus I don't hear great things about the ones provided by car rentals! When traveling with a baby I think finding a great condo where we can cook our own meals and have LO in a separate room is always more comfortable then a hotel.
