I read something about it last week and have since started trying to be more intentional about outside time. I read that a white baby in a diaper only needs 30 minutes of sunlight a week. If only their head is exposed, 2 hours a week. The times go up as the skin gets darker (like for asian, hispanic, black, etc). We just bought the enfamil d-vi-sol ones from target. they come with a dropper and I would give them to her at the first morning nursing session.
