Not that I'm deficient, she says most pregnant and non-pregnant women are and that the vitamin D in my prenatal is not enough.</p> <p>So I checked the label on my Centrum Pre-Natal box and it indications 600UI of Vitamin D3. Is this the same thing? </p>
