@Mrs. Goose: We give our 14 month old Rainbow Light powdered vitamin (has probiotics too) mixed with food every morning. Before she turned 1 year, we just gave her 1/2 pack. We purchase on Amazon S&S.

Before we started these vitamins, we gave her 1/2 packet Culterelle for Kids in her bottle per ped recommendation.

She also takes DHA drops from Nordic Naturals because she is allergic to cow's milk and isn't getting that nutrient there.

ETA: I think she benefits from her vitamins! She's a daycare baby so her immune system needs to be at the top of its game!

Does anyone give their baby 6 month-12 month old vitamin drops? or iron drops? What brand and how often?

How about probiotics? Do you find they help or you notice them helping?
